Yuri Shibuya, sıradan bir öğrencidir taaki sınıf arkadaşını kurtarmaya çalışana kadar. Arkadaşıyla uğraşan çete, Yuri'nin kafasını tuvalet deliğine sokar ama Yuri ıslanmak yerine delikten içeri çekilir. Yuri kendine geldiğinde nerede olduğunu anlamaz, belki orta çağ Avrupası şeklinde dizayn edilmiş bir eğlence parkı diye düşünür. Kısa bir süre sonra, yıllardır beklenen Maou (İblislerin Kralı) olduğunu öğrenir. Bu fantastik dünyada iblisler ve insanlar sürekli savaş halindedir. Bunu önlemekte genç Maou, Yuri'ye kalır.
