Meimi Haneoka, 14 yaşında, St Paulia'da eğitim gören sıradan bir öğrencidir. Ancak geceleri "Saint Tail"e dönüşerek insanlardan çalınan eşyaları geri çalarak eşyaları gerçek sahiplerine vermektedir. Bunu yaparken de önceden bir kart ile çalacağını belirtmektedir. Sınıf arkadaşı ve rahibe olmaya çalışan Seira Mimori, Meimi'nin en büyük yardımcısıdır. Ancak polis, Meimi gibi düşünmemektedir ve onu, sıradan bir polisle aynı değerlendirmektedir. Sınıf arkadaşı ve polis şefi Keiji Asuka'nın oğlu; Daiki Asuka, "Saint Tail"i yakalamaya kararlıdır. "Saint Tail" olay yerine varmadan önce planlar yaparak onu yakalamaya çalışır ancak bu pek de kolay değildir.
