1.5 milyon yen kumar borçları olan Ayasaki ailesi, bu borçlarını ödemek için oğulları Hayate’yi yakuzalara satar. Organlarının kara borsada satılmasını istemeyen Hayate, yakuzaların elinden kaçarak, Nagi adında çok zengin bir kıza rastlar. Hayate, fidye için Nagi’yi kaçırmaya karar verir ancak bütün kaçırma girişimi Nagi tarafından aşk itirafı gibi anlaşılır. Çünkü Hayate farkında olmadan, bu 13 yaşındaki ultra-zengin kızı gerçekten kaçırmak isteyen adamların elinden kurtarmıştır. Nagi, borç hikayesini öğrenerek Hayate’ye acır ve 1.5 milyonu kendisi öder. Ama karşılığında bu para geri ödenene kadar Hayate, Nagi’nin uşağı olmak zorundadır - yani yaklaşık 40 yıl… Nagi’nin yaşadığı evde ise Hayate’yi daha başka talihsizlikler beklemektedir…
